Rebuilding Services

Description of Work Performed (Basic Total Rebuild)

•      The machine will be disassembled to the frame and sent out for sandblast. Upon reassembly, the machine will be repainted with a 2 part, high gloss epoxy enamel.
•      The swing arm will be rebuilt with new tapered bearings & races, new pins, link bushings, slides, gibs, wear strips, and clamp strips.
•      Machine die boss and add new replaceable die surface, die key, locating rin, and die stud.
•      The idler sprocket will be rebuilt with new bearings and pin.
•      The stationary arm will be rebuilt with new pins, link bushings, slides, gibs, wear strips, and clamp strips.
•      Rebuild pressure die holder with new bearings, masterbar plates, and rails.
•      Machine clamp die holder surface. Replace half round.
•      Install new electronic slide lubrication system on swing and stationary arms.

•     Completely remove and discard all wiring, switches, and various electrical components.
•       New disconnect enclosure with all new motor controls.
•    New fuse holders, terminal strips, safety relays, and power supplies.
•    Add true safety monitoring relay controlled bend arm safety plates.

•    New switches/sensors, electrical connectors, wiring, junction boxes.
•    New bend arm encoder.
•    All new wiring & components.

•      The hydraulic system will be rebuilt with new valves.
•     A new hydraulic rotary vane pump will be added.
•       A new motor and pump motor adapter will be added.
•       All hydraulic hoses will be replaced.
•       All cylinders will be rebuilt with new packing, piston rings, and o-rings.
•       A new suction strainer will be added.
